Effective date: 8 July 2025

1. Purpose and status

  • Sets out the rules for payments, withdrawals and refunds when you buy (i) credit bundles for AI image generation and/or (ii) ready-made AI stock images (“Digital Downloads”).
  • Forms part of our Terms & Conditions of Use and Sale and should be read together with them. Where wording differs, this Policy prevails for payment/refund matters.

2. Legal framework

  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, EU Digital Content Directive 2019/770 and GDPR.
  • Applies to business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions only; separate arrangements apply to B2B or reseller contracts upon request.

3. Payment terms

  1. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, processed by PCI-DSS-certified providers (e.g. Stripe).
  2. Charge currency: € (Euros). GBP or other currencies may appear at checkout for your convenience; the amount finally debited is governed by your issuer’s FX rate.
  3. Taxes: Prices are VAT-inclusive where VAT is due based on your billing address. A valid VAT invoice/receipt is issued automatically.
  4. Security & SCA: Strong Customer Authentication (PSD2) may prompt 3-D Secure or equivalent two-factor verification.

4. Credit bundles

  • Price bands: € 6.75 (50 credits) / € 14.50 (120) / € 34.00 (300) / € 66.00 (600).
  • Validity: 24 months from purchase. Unused credits lapse automatically.
  • Nature: Non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, solely for use on creative-shot.com.

How to exercise: e-mail info@creative-shot.com with subject “Withdrawal Notice” and include order ID, date and your full name. We will acknowledge within 3 business days.

6. Defective or non-conforming content

  • If a file is corrupted, fails to download or otherwise does not conform to contract, notify us within 30 days. We will re-supply the file at no cost; if impossible, we will refund the affected item or credit.
  • Cosmetic dissatisfaction with AI outputs (style, composition, etc.) is not a defect.

7. Refund processing

  1. Method: Returned via the original payment channel—no cash or cheque refunds.
  2. Timing: Within 14 days of receiving a valid withdrawal notice or defect claim approval.
  3. Fees: We bear PSP fees; you bear FX differences and any non-reversible local bank charges.

8. Chargebacks

  • Filing an unjustified chargeback contravenes our Terms; we may suspend or terminate the related account and pursue the outstanding amount plus reasonable recovery costs.

9. Fraud, abuse or regulatory breach

  • We may cancel orders, withhold or reverse refunds where we reasonably suspect fraud, money-laundering, sanctions violations, abusive usage or breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Amendments

  • We may update this Policy for legal or operational reasons. Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance via site banner or e-mail; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
